Cancellation Policy

Your bookings are flexible at Sutuballet Coaching, however we kindly ask you leave us at least 24 hours to reschedule or cancel your coaching appointments to give our small business time to fill the spot. Please note that this applies to all types of coaching appointments. Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of your total appointment cost.

If you cancel or reschedule within 2 hours of your appointment 100% of the coaching fee is incurred and is non-transferable. Additionally failing to show up for your appointment will incur a 100% fee and is also non-transferable.

For any cancellations or rescheduling please go to your ‘scheduled appointment’ directly to make any changes.
